I am looking to make a reservation in December with Hertz for a Volvo XC90 SUV (K5) from FRA. Through Hertz directly, the Hertz site says that SUVs may not be taken to Poland or Czech Republic, both destinations on this trip. Hertz through AutoEurope expressly does allow for entry into both I book using AutoEurope. Which rules apply? The prices are about the same but I do not want surprises.

Those conditions are extracted automatically and they sometimes change. So it´s not surprising that the conditions on Autoeurope which lists hunderds of car suppliers in over hundrer of counties with thousands of combinations of T&C are not always valid and up to date.
T&C of the car suppliers is what always matters, not the information on broker sites.
